ABOUT
Ford T. Hardy, Jr.
”In times of worry Ford & Megan definitely bring ease and restoration back to life again. Thank you for making sure the wreck that occurred wasn't a lasting dent in my life. You were at my rescue with proper doctors and treatment that turned things back around in my recovery. Care is your greatest attribute in being a trusted firm any New Orleanian would be fortunate to find.

Ford T. Hardy, Jr. serves as an Of Counsel personal injury attorney at Kiefer & Kiefer.
The grandson of a prominent attorney, Ford was inspired to pursue the law from a young age. He graduated from Emory University in 1973 and went on to obtain his Juris Doctor from Tulane University School of Law in 1976.
His first job after becoming a lawyer was with a small firm, where he found himself involved with various types of legal cases. He soon realized that he was the most interested in the civil cases he took, and over the years shifted his practice to focus on personal injury cases.
Tragedy struck in December of 1983, when Ford’s office was destroyed by a fire. Reconstructing the office gave him many lessons in humanity and ego. The experience also provided him with a way to connect more deeply with his clients that were experiencing the aftermath of their injuries.
Ford is proud of all the cases he has handled but considers his biggest achievement to have been the successful conclusion of another fire case that involved small children with serious burn injuries.
When it comes to his clients, Ford prides himself on being communicative with each and every one in order to help solve their needs. He wakes up every day with the intention of helping as many people as he can. He is honored when clients say that they appreciate his personal efforts in communication and that the personal attention he gives to their case makes a difference.
Outside of the office, Ford stays active by playing tennis and exercising regularly. He regularly donates to Tulane Medical Center. His personal mottos include “Do unto others as you would have them do unto you” and “What goes around comes around.”
