Kiefer & Kiefer has filed a lawsuit in the Civil District Court for the Parish of Orleans.
We represent a teenager who went to receive a hair highlight treatment in New Orleans. The hair treatment was performed negligently by the stylist and she was left with severe chemical burns on her scalp. Unfortunately, her hair did not grow back and she now has a permanent bald spot on her scalp that can only be fixed by surgery. She is currently under medical treatment with a hair restoration specialist.
