Danielle believes that every injured person deserves empathetic and capable representation. She believes that injured people deserve to be heard and treated as if their story matters. She approaches the practice of law with an empathetic ear, a deep sense of justice, and strong desire to advocate for her clients. Danielle understands that her advocacy matters and makes a meaningful difference in her clients’ lives by holding responsible parties accountable for their actions.
Danielle is a Southeast Louisiana native and a graduate of Louisiana State University and Loyola University New Orleans College of Law. After law school, she served as law clerk to the Honorable J. Sterling Snowdy of the 40th Judicial District Court. Danielle went on to spend a decade working for a large personal injury firm, representing 1000’s of injured people and recovering tens of millions of dollars on their behalf. In 2023, Danielle formed Heath Law Group, LLC where she remains committed to fighting for the injured and disenfranchised.
Danielle is admitted to practice law before all of Louisiana and Texas State Courts as well as the United States District Court for the Eastern, Western, and Middle Districts of Louisiana.
Danielle enjoys mentoring young attorneys and is an active member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated. Danielle is happily married to Jonathan, and the doting mother of Elle.
